All orders require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the order as delivered. Please inspect your package before signing. If the packaging appears tampered with, damaged, or empty, refuse the delivery. We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Orders typically ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Shipping times within the U.S. are generally 5–7 business days after processing. During sales or high-volume periods, shipping may take 7–14 business days. International shipping times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selection. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes assessed by their country. Miss Perfect Hair shipping charges cover delivery to your country only. EXCHANGE POLICY All sales are final — no refunds. You may request an exchange only if: You contact us within 3 business days of delivery, and The hair is unused, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered (no cutting, coloring, bleaching, or chemical processing), and Hair is returned in its original packaging with tags/seals intact. A restocking fee may apply for exchanges (amount noted at the time of approval). Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the mistake was ours. To request an exchange, email [your business email] with your order number, photos, and reason for exchange. Once approved, we’ll send instructions. IMPORTANT NOTES Miss Perfect Hair is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
| Before Installation | Gently remove hair from packaging and inspect. Wash hair with a sulfate-free shampoo before installation. Allow hair to air dry or use low heat. Do not cut the wefts. We recommend professional installation for best results. |
| Washing & Conditioning | Wash hair every 1–2 weeks, or as needed. Use lukewarm water and sulfate-free products. Apply shampoo in a downward motion; do not rub or bunch the hair. Follow with a moisturizing conditioner. Rinse thoroughly and gently squeeze out excess water. Allow hair to air dry or use a diffuser on low heat. |
| Detangling | Detangle hair while damp, starting from the ends and working upward. Use a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush. Avoid brushing hair when completely dry and curly. |
| Styling & Heat | Use a heat protectant before any heat styling. Keep heat settings low to medium. Avoid excessive heat to maintain hair longevity. Curl patterns will revert back after washing. |
| Coloring & Chemical Services | Our virgin hair can be colored or bleached. We strongly recommend having all chemical services performed by a licensed professional. Miss Perfect Hair is not responsible for damage caused by improper coloring or processing. |
| Daily Maintenance | Moisturize hair lightly with a leave-in conditioner or natural oils. Avoid heavy products that may cause buildup. Secure hair in a silk or satin bonnet/scarf at night. |
| Swimming & Exercise | Braid or tie hair before swimming or working out. Avoid saltwater and chlorine when possible. Rinse hair immediately after exposure to water. |
| Storage | When not in use, store hair in its original packaging or a silk bag. Ensure hair is completely dry before storing. |
| Longevity | With proper care, Miss Perfect Hair extensions can last 12 months or longer. |
